15-Minute Abs –
Endurance and strength training designed to sculpt and tone
your abdominals and back. For 15 minutes you will work all
aspects of the trunk. The core strength and conditioning developed
in this class will help you get those “abs of steel”
that we all want!
AquaLogix –
The water workout for “athletes” has finally arrived.
It’s here and it’s exclusive. Looking to step
up your workout regimen? Try Aqualogix today and take your
fitness to the next level.
AquaLogix 101 –
Learn to move in the water! AquaLogix 101 classes are designed
to focus on form, technique, and proper use of equipment;
so that you get everything possible out of your workouts.
Aqua Fitness -
Why not dive right into this low impact workout? Utilize the
natural resistance of the water to achieve maximum aerobic
benefits, as well as an overall conditioning workout. Props
might include flotation belts, kickboards, buoys, noodles
and steps. All members & fitness levels welcome.
Body Pump - The
original barbell workout that strengthens your entire body.
This 60-minute program challenges all you major muscle groups
by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses,
lifts, and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your
choice of weight, inspire you to get the results you came
for -- and fast!
Body Sculpting/Sculpt
Express - A non-aerobic, total body workout, designed
for muscular strength and endurance. This class requires no
coordination and appeals to beginners and advanced exercisers,
as well as men and women alike. Props include, step platforms,
weights, dynabands, body bars, fitness balls, and exercise
tubing.
Express classes get it done in less then an hour!
Note – A personal warm-up
is recommended prior to the M-W-F 10:00 am Sculpt Express
Classes.
Cardio Dance -
This class will include 45 minutes of pre-choreographed cardiovascular
training, while “dancing” to motivating music
of all eras. Participants can expect choreography to include
some jumping jacks, skips, & hops, as well as mambos,
pivots, & chasses. Instructors will provide options to
jumping, twisting and turning type movements. FUN, FUN, FUN!
Cardio Dance Power Hour
– Go for the extra challenge and push your cardio workout
to an hour. Friday mornings @ 9:15, followed by Body Pump
@ 10:30.
Circuit Express
– If you are new to exercise, then this is your class!
The Circuit Express workout is a quick and efficient 45-minute
class. Participants will be guided through a pre-set circuit,
which alternates short intervals of cardiovascular training
with muscle conditioning. The use of hydraulic equipment allows
you to enjoy your workout while avoiding most of the annoying
soreness that often accompanies a new exercise program. No
coordination required. Circuit Express is a great beginning
for all new members.
Circuit Power –
A one-hour Circuit class, which includes abdominal work and
free weights.
Beginning Spin
– Never tried spinning before? Well now there is no
excuse. You will learn the “lingo” of spinning;
experience the skills and drills in a non-threatening environment;
with thorough instructions, options and posture breaks throughout
your ride. We also offer a class for BIKE SETUP &
INSTRUCTION just before our Beginning Spin Class
@ 5:00pm. Once comfortable, you might choose
to skip bike setup, and arrive @ 5:15pm for the 30-mintue
beginning ride.
Cycle/Cycle Express
– If you are looking for one high intensity, high caloric
expenditure workout, this is your class! Choreographed to
motivating music, one of our certified Cycle Reebok trainers
will guide you through the ride of your life! Be prepared
to sweat!! Don’t forget your water and towel. Express
Class 45-Minutes, Cycle Class-60 Minutes.
Hip Hop Hustle
– This class will create a Dance Party anywhere with
HOT music and easy steps! Perfect for all levels; beginning
to advanced. If you are looking for a dance-oriented, fun
workout, check out our new class Hip Hop Hustle! Let’s
kick off the weekend together! Party begins Friday evenings
@ 5:30pm.
Low Impact –
Not quite sure where to start? Why not ease your way into
an exercise program with this slower paced low impact class.
Come and enjoy the friendly atmosphere while you dance your
way thru the decades to a healthy and fit body and soul.
Pilates Mat Class -
A conditioning system designed to develop core support, strengthening
the entire abdominal network, as well as improving flexibility.
Pilates is a highly adaptable program geared toward all levels
of fitness. The class requires no props and will enhance freedom
of movement as well as support for movement. All members can
benefit from this class and are encouraged to participate.
Power PiLoga -
PiLoga is a blend of Yoga, Pilates, and Movement. However,
this class is like no other. And what makes it different?
Music, choreography & movement. All moves are put to very
unique music in a very unique style. You can expect to flow
through this class and experience a full body stretch, as
well as muscle strengthening, lengthening & endurance.
Classes are 45 minutes.
Power Yoga –
A challenging 90 minute synthesis of yoga poses intended to
cultivate strength, flexibility, balance, mental focus; and
increase one’s overall energy level and wellness. Power
yoga is a total workout for body, mind, and soul. Come one
come all! Instructor will provide options for all levels of
yoga practitioners.
Stretch –
Are you looking to improve your golf swing? Are you worried
about tennis elbow? Well why not check out our stretch classes?
As we all know most athletic injuries occur from overuse,
as well as lack of proper conditioning and stretching. If
you can increase your flexibility in your hips, back &
neck, to name only a few, you will take a huge step toward
injury prevention.
TurboKick –
A high-energy class designed with an athletic warm-up, a fun
& safe pre-choreographed cardio section, utilizing intervals
from kickboxing, boxing and hip-hop, combined with lower intensity
recovery intervals. If you are looking for excitement, challenge
and motivational music, Turbokick is your class!
Yoga – Forrest
- A yoga class that will challenge students physically &
mentally through attention to breath, abdominal work &
asana, while reminding them to stay present in their bodies
& to nourish their spirits. Classes become a healing journey
where students can discover their emotions, transform their
experiences into wisdom & embody their spirits. The classroom
will be heated to 75 degrees to encourage a good, cleansing
sweat. A hand towel and water bottle are recommended.
Yoga – Level I
- A class for beginners and continuing students with a focus
on the foundations of yoga practice. Includes principles of
alignment and breath.
Yoga – Level I
/ II – A class designed for all participants
from the novice to the seasoned yoga practitioner. Instructors
will emphasize postural technique as well as breathing techniques,
while building endurance and strength. Movement patterns will
flow easily with breathing patterns, enhancing and connecting
the mind, the body and the spirit.
Zumba – A
fusion of Latin and International music /dance themes that
create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system!
Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique
moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to
dance away their worries. This workout is based on the principle
that exercise can be "FUN and EASY TO DO” Make
